CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 1:00PM
ROLL CALL: Members present were Paul Marsh, Ellen Meadors and Edward Morgan
OTHERS PRESENT: Julie Miller, Principal Assessor
MINUTES: Minutes for December 18 were read and accepted as written.
SIGNATURES: No signatures.
CORRESPONDENCE: Notice of intention to convert land use on Morrisey property was received and discussed by the members.
OLD BUSINESS: 6.1) The revised draft of the BOA annual town report was read and accepted for submission to Chris Coleman.
6.2 Ellen Meadors distributed further analysis of 5-yr sales distributions. Next steps will be to plot adjusted sales ratios to examine outliers and to create a current neighborhood map.
NEW BUSINESS: 7.1) A timeline for the FY04 revaluation was discussed and a plan for sales verification in the absence of 2002 deeds.
7.2) A list of abatements was distributed. Members agreed to begin discussions of abatement applications at the next meeting.
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 2:45PM.
