CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 1:00PM
ROLL CALL: Members present were Paul Marsh, Edward Morgan and Ellen Meadors
OTHERS PRESENT: Julie Miller, Principal Assessor
MINUTES: No Minutes were approved.
SIGNATURES: Schedule of bills and warrants were reviewed and signed.
CORRESPONDENCE: A notice of the Moderator’s Meeting on March 26 was distributed. Paul Marsh volunteered to attend along with Ellen Meadors.
Notice of the final Fin COM meeting on March 13 was also distributed.
OLD BUSINESS: 6.1) The Board discussed and voted on FY03 abatement applications.
NEW BUSINESS: 7.1) The FY04 revaluation preparation was discussed. Mrs. Miller noted that data collection for commercial property and personal property accounts is proceeding on schedule. Sale verification will be conducted in the absence of deeds with the permission of the Department of Revenue as the Middlesex Registry is about on year behind in getting transactions recorded and to the assessors.
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 2:45 PM.
