CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 3:30PM
ROLL CALL: Members present were Ellen Meadors and Edward Morgan
OTHERS PRESENT: Julie Miller, Principal Assessor

SIGNATURES: A schedule of bills was reviewed and signed.

OLD BUSINESS:
6.1) A chapter 61A application was reviewed and accepted. The Board of Assessors discussed the conservation commission comments regarding wetland on the site and the physical site inspection of land under a forestry-cutting program.
6.2 Several FY04 applications for abatement were discussed and voted on.
NEW BUSINESS:
7.1) Mr. Morgan requested some sales analysis in preparation for a meeting with the counsel on Aging on January 13. Mr. Morgan and Mrs. Meadors will attend and present market information about Lincoln real estate and take questions.

The meeting adjourned at 4:45PM.
