CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 3:30PM
ROLL CALL: Members present were Edward Morgan and John Robinson
OTHERS PRESENT: Julie Miller, Principal Assessor
MINUTES: Minutes for November 4, 2004 were read and accepted as written.
SIGNATURES: The monthly lists and schedule of bills were signed.
CORRESPONDENCE:
5.1) No correspondence.
OLD BUSINESS:
6.1) The Board discussed the FY06 Budget Guideline. They reviewed a budget analysis comparing FY04 actual expenditures and discussed FY06 operating expenditures. The additional cost of providing the new abutters list service was discussed. The Board approved a budget to be submitted to the Finance Committee.
6.2) Several FY06 abatement applications were discussed and voted on
6.3) Several FY06 exemption applications were reviewed and acted upon.
NEW BUSINESS:
7.1) The upcoming meeting with the Board of Selectmen scheduled for Monday, December 6, 2004 was discussed.
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting adjourned at 5:30 PM.
