BOARD OF ASSESSORS
December 9, 2004
CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 3:30PM
ROLL CALL: Members present were Edward Morgan and John Robinson
OTHERS PRESENT: Julie Miller, Principal Assessor
MINUTES: Minutes for November 18, 2004 were read and accepted as written.
SIGNATURES: The monthly lists and schedule of bills were signed.
CORRESPONDENCE:
5.1) A reminder from the Selectman’s to submit the annual report was noted. Ellen Meadors agreed to draft the report.
5.2) The Board discussed placing a local option for property tax relief on the Warrant.
OLD BUSINESS:
6.1) The Board discussed and voted on several FY05 abatements.
6.2) Preparation for the December 13, 2004 meeting with the Selectmen was discussed. The Board agreed to respond to questions and prepare several graphs and maps illustrating recent Board of Assessors projects and accomplishments.
NEW BUSINESS:
7.1) No new business was discussed.

The meeting adjourned at 5:35 PM.
