CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 3:30PM
ROLL CALL: Members present were Ellen Meadors, Edward Morgan and John Robinson
OTHERS PRESENT: Julie Miller, Principal Assessor
MINUTES: Minutes for December 9, 2004, 2004 were read and accepted as written.
SIGNATURES: The monthly lists and Motor Vehicle Excise Warrants were signed.
CORRESPONDENCE:
5.1) No correspondence.
OLD BUSINESS:
6.1) The Board discussed and voted on several FY05 abatements.
6.2) The Board discussed a warrant article granting additional property tax exemptions. Mr. Morgan had spoken to John Caswell of the Property Tax Relief Committee about the article. The language for the article will be submitted to the Selectmen’s Office for Town Counsel review.
NEW BUSINESS:
7.1) No new business was discussed.
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting adjourned at 5:30 PM.
