BOARD OF ASSESSORS

CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 3:30PM
ROLL CALL: Members present were Ellen Meadors, Edward Morgan and John Robinson
OTHERS PRESENT: Julie Miller, Principal Assessor
MINUTES: Minutes for February 3, 2005 were read and accepted as written.
SIGNATURES: A schedule of bills was signed.
CORRESPONDENCE:
5.1) An invitation to contribute to the Lincoln Review was discussed. Mr. Morgan offered that few topics were of general interest this year and suggested the Board focus on property tax relief.
OLD BUSINESS:
6.1) No old business was discussed.
NEW BUSINESS:
7.1) The GIS mapping for FY06 was discussed at length. It was decided that the structure of the database should be brought to the Massachusetts Level ll standard, road labels and various other issues should be reconciled in addition to preparing the FY06 lot splits and boundary changes.
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting adjourned at 4:30 PM.
