CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 3:30PM
ROLL CALL: Members present were John Robinson and Ellen Meadors.
OTHERS PRESENT: Julie Miller, Principal Assessor
MINUTES: Minutes for May 5, 2005 were read and accepted as written.
SIGNATURES: A schedule of bills was signed.
CORRESPONDENCE:
5.1) No correspondence.
OLD BUSINESS:
6.1) Ms Miller reported that the recommendations from our GIS mapping vendor would be delivered in several weeks.
NEW BUSINESS:
7.1) Cell tower new growth was discussed. A notice from the Department of Revenue explained several telephone company restructuring activities, which decreased taxable personal property in FY2005.
7.2) Julie Miller reviewed the FY06 commercial market and proposed valuations. There was a discussion about rents and vacancies in the Route 128 area versus locally.
7.3) Condominium sales during calendar 2004 were discussed and proposed values reviewed.
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting adjourned at 5:10 PM.
