Assessor’s Minutes – June 2, 2006
CALL TO ORDER: 8:00 A.M.
ROLL CALL: John Robinson, Ellen Meadors, Harald Scheid, Patrice Brennan
OTHERS PRESENT: None
MINUTES: The Board read and approved minutes for the May 19, 2006 meeting
SIGNATURES: Board members signed the schedule of bills,
the Excise commitment warrants 24R, 25R &3 and
the excise abatement reports for the month of May 2006
CORRESPONDENCE:
BUSINESS: The Board discussed the current 2006 sales report.
Harald went over with the board his calendar for semi-annual billing.
They discussed what has been completed and what needs to be done.
Ellen is going to create a CD of the GIS map layer so Harald can submit it
to create new maps.
Harald updated the Board on Patriot. The new version is in and new
information/change can be added.
Harald discussed with the Board the progress with the cyclicals and the
permit inspections. They agreed that there were too many for one person
to finish by the deadline. The Board agreed to have Harald bring in
additional help to finish all of the inspections so the deadline could be
met.
The Board adjourned at 9:35 a.m.
