Minutes of BOA Meeting

We approve the minutes of the previous meeting.
We quickly reviewed the status of our current action items:
We then went into executive session to evaluate proposals in response to our Property Tax
Assessment Services RFP.
Closed Action Items:
All – Review technical proposal from RRGi (done)
Buffer – Call Eugene McSweeney about 12 Airport Rd. (not done, will send letter instead)
Ellen – generate Assessed values table for Town Report (done)
Ellen – generate FY2006 Recap for Town Report (done)
Kathy – Send letter about 44 Baker Bridge Road. Assessed value already reflects loss of
building. (done)
Open Action Items:
Ellen – check Julie’s email
Ellen – continue to look for Oak Meadow sales
Ellen – call Natasha Altschuler, 17 Cerulean Way (again)
Ellen – call Chris Hesse about Assessor’s data extract (done)
