MINUTES: The Board read and approved minutes for the August 21, 2006 meeting

BUSINESS: Harald gave an update on the certification status
Harald & the Board discussed public disclosure
Harald updated the board on the assessment calendar
The Board discussed with Harald the affordable condominium assessments and
what kind of assistance they could receive. Buffer will speak with the
housing authority about the new assessments. The Board will draft a
letter to the housing residents.
Harald went over the commercial properties
Harald discusses with the Board his meeting he had with the
Town Administrator and the Decanis
