CALL TO ORDER: 8:05 A.M.

MINUTES: The Board read and approved minutes for the October 13, 2006 meeting
SIGNATURES: The Board members signed the following:
Exemption/Deferral Applications
CORRESPONDENCE: None
BUSINESS: The Board and Harald discussed the affordable condo’s and how they shouldn’t
be considered “arms length” sales.
Harald discussed with the board the Harrington property. They talked about
how the property was broken up and the Chapter lands.
Harald brought up the periodic inspections and how they will go about with the
Inspections.
The board brought up the cell towers and Harald’s visit to the tower.
The board agreed on the cost of information requested by the public.
