CALL TO ORDER: 8:05 A.M.

MINUTES: The Board read and approved minutes for the January 19, 2007 meeting
SIGNATURES: The Board members signed the following:
MVE Warrant 2007 Commitment 01
MVE Warrant 2006 Commitment 29R
MVE Warrant 2006 Commitment 07
CORRESPONDENCE: None
BUSINESS: Harald notified that Board that there was an ATB case coming up
on March 1st.
The Board voted unanimously that the Town of Lincoln has no
jurisdiction over the Hanscom Airforce Base.
The Board went into executive session to go over abatement
applications.
