MINUTES: Signed minutes from the April 4, 2008 meeting

BUSINESS: The board is going to write a report about the impact of an office park on
the neighboring properties
The board decided that they would like a summer intern for an office
project this year
The board went over the emails about the building footprints
The board voted and agreed that if there is a data/clerical error on an
assessment they would grant an administrative abatement if it is
5% or more of the assessment.
Harald went over the RRG computer system with the board.
The board went into executive session on an administrative abatement
