BUSINESS: Exemption and Deferral application were gone over
The board approved the “Why Valuations Change” letter
The board finalized the “Guide to Abatements” letter
The board went over the Assessors Report Card
The board suggested that there be more explanation sheets for residents
The RRG proposal was accepted by the board
Buffer was going to speak to the Town Administrator on the Assessors contract
and the Administrative position
ADJOURNMENT:
The Board adjourned at 9:45 A.M.
