CALL TO ORDER: 8:05 A.M in the Donaldson Room, 1st floor
MEMBERS PRESENT: John Robinson and Edward Morgan
MEMBER ABSENT: Ellen Meadors

AND SIGNED: Meeting Minutes of March 6, 2009 – Unanimous
BUSINESS: At 8:07A.M. The Board agreed to adjourn the meeting and reconvene in about 10 minutes.
RECONVENE: 8:15 A.M. in the Donaldson Room, 1st floor
MEMBERS PRESENT: John Robinson and Edward Morgan
MEMBERS ABSENT: Ellen Meadors
OTHERS PRESENT: Harald Scheid and Patrice Brennan
CORRESPONDENCE: None
BUSINESS: Harald informed the board that he and Ellen have been working on erroneous line items and residual land rates.
The Town Administrator, Tim Higgins, requested that the Board post the FY09 assessments on the Assessors web page due to the fact that they were not printed in the Town Report to save money. (See attachment emails)
The board requested that a notice be put in the newspaper that explains that the assessments were left out of the Town Report as a cost-saving measure and that there are copies in the Assessors office and on the Assessors web page.
The board asked Patrice to find the file size of the property record cards if they were in put into pdf form.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:50am.
