BUSINESS: Harald updated the board on the work he and Bruce have been doing for the revaluation.
There was a resident complaint about the property record cards being on the web. The resident wants his property record card only available “offline”. Ellen informed the board that we had forwarded this inquiry to the Selectman’s Office and they were waiting for a response from Town Council.
A resident called the office and asked what the Assessors role is if a resident has an out of state license plate and has lived in the town for some time. Harald and the board said they have no role in that situation it would have to be directed to the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:20am.
