-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The minutes from the February 2, 2005 meeting were approved as written. The next two meetings will be April 6 and May 11, 2005.
Massage Therapy License:
Page Wasson of 223 Aspen Circle came before the members to request a license to practice massage therapy. She has had a license in Lincoln for approximately 9 years but has not come before the members yet. She practices Shiatsu, which is a form of acupuncture but without the needles. It is performed with the client fully clothed. She usually sees 2 clients a day and there is no parking issue. After a brief discussion, the members who were impressed by her credentials voted 3-0 to grant Ms. Wasson a massage therapy license.
Septic System Reviews:
Lot 1 and Lot 2 Reiling Pond Road (Hobbs Brook Farm Property) Mike Moore said that the designer has withdrawn their applications at this time and will be submitting new plans at a later date. Jim Olivieri of 152 Lexington Road, a direct abutter to the project, spoke to the members and voiced his concern about water that came across his driveway. He has solved the problem by putting in a trench around his house that would drain this water into a field behind the house. He is now concerned that runoff from these new houses would again create a water problem for him. The members encouraged him to again be present when these plans come before the Board for review and will again be sent an abutters notice.
Other Business:
Local Septic Regulations Mike Moore will work on the PowerPoint presentation for the next meeting..
Donelan s Mike is still working with local Donelan s staff to help them to create a food prep pattern which suits their needs best. The plan presented to Mike from the Donelan s headquarters does not seem to accomplish this and Mike will reject this plan and continue to work with the local staff.
Bills Paid One bill was paid for Commonwealth of Mass., East Middlesex Mosquito Control for $2,500.00.
The members also received a copy of the report from the East Middlesex Mosquito Control Project outlining a program in Lincoln consisting of mosquito surveillance, ditch maintenance and public education. Dr. Weinberg mentioned that there were no instances of West Nile virus in Massachusetts last year and 4 cases of EEE (Eastern Equine Encephalitis) in southeast Mass.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Elaine M. Carroll
