The meeting was called to order at 5:05pm.
Mr. Paul discussed the performance reporting that Mr Collins has requested. Commonwealth doesn’t track to the level of detail required and the cost of the Advent Report is $5,000. Mr Paul stated that most Municipalities don’t buy at this level.
Mr. Paul reviewed the performance of the Trust Fund for the quarter ended 9/30/2006. The reports are kept on file in the Treasurer’s Office and are available for review.
The current allocation of the portfolio is as follows:
Equities 54.4%
Fixed Income 42.4%
Cash 3.2%
Mr. Paul reviewed the purchase and sales for the quarter.
The next meeting will take place on the 21st of February at 5pm.
