Minutes of March 21, 2007 Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 5:10pm.
Mr. Paul reviewed the status of the Advent Report that Mr. Collins has requested. Still unresolved with Advent but Commonwealth has agreed to provide us with a breakout.
Mr. Collins noted that it was nice to see an improving trend and that the portfolio performed well for 2006. He suggested that we should pare back the large cap and increase our allocation in small cap as we are below our minimum.
Mr. Paul reviewed the performance of the Trust Fund for the quarter ended 12/31/2006. The reports are kept on file in the Treasurer’s Office and are available for review.
The current allocation of the portfolio is as follows:
Equities 53.4%
Fixed Income 40.1%
Cash 6.6%
Mr. Paul reviewed the purchase and sales for the quarter.
The next meeting will take place on the 2nd of May at 5pm.
