DISCUSSION ITEMS
Community Preservation Committee Representative – Joyce Hersh volunteer to represent the Commission on the Community Preservation Committee.
88 Lincoln Road – David Bau – Tom Gumbart and several Commissioner met on site to determine areas of native plant restoration. Prior to planting the Commission would like to review a final planting plan and plant list and would like a more detailed management plan. The Town conservation property abutting the Bau’s will be maintained primarily as a meadow, but they intend to add some additional hedgerow plantings including highbush blueberry, rhododendron, viburnum and other native shrubs. Peter Von Mertens and Jim Meadors will continue to work with the homeowner on identifying a suitable location for a trail connection.
