October 3 2007 Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm at Lincoln Town Hall.
The minutes of the 9-5-07 meeting were approved.
The committee met with Colleen Wilkins, Town Finance Director, to discuss the funds available for the FY '09 budget. Anticipated revenues and required expenditures were reviewed. Some further information was requested, with regard to miscellaneous warrant articles and Town obligations for retiree benefits under GASB 45. The budget guideline will be set on Tuesday October 23.
The At-Risk Property Committee was discussed. The committee is studying a proposal involving a property on Old Country Road. Paul Giese is the Finance Committee representative.
The committee will next meet on October 9, 2007.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 pm.
