Meeting of the Lincoln Finance Committee

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm in Lincoln Town Hall.
The committee met with Colleen Wilkins, Town Finance Director, and discussed the revenue forecast for FY '10 and the funds available to the budgeting agencies. Various factors, including developments in the national and state economic situations, were considered. The state has certified free cash as of the close of FY '08 at $3,153,308, as compared to $3,084,658 for FY '07.
No decisions were made. The committee will set the FY '10 budget guideline at its next meeting.
The committee discussed the FY '10 capital plan.
The minutes of the meeting of September 3, 2008 were approved.
The committee will next meet on Tuesday October 7, 2008.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 pm.
