The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm in Lincoln Town Hall.
The committee discussed net debt exclusion for FY '10 and subsequent years and the funds available for the FY '10 operating and capital budgets. No actions were taken.
The committee discussed its presentation at the first Joint Budget Workshop, on December 3, 2008.
The minutes of the meeting of November 6, 2008 were approved.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 pm.
