Flint Homestead The members continued the discussion of the Flint Homestead on Lexington Road. They discussed the latest draft of the Preservation Restriction Agreement and reviewed pictures taken by Eleanor Fitzgerald at the time of the site visit on June 14. The discussions centered on what changes to the dwelling, barn and landscaping could be allowed with the Commission s approval. Colin Smith felt that there should be some flexibility built into the agreement. David Ries will make the necessary changes to the agreement.
Additions to Historic Districts:
Jack MacLean gave the members a memo outlining some changes to structural survey reports to be prepared under the Codman and CPA funds and the members will go over these changes at the next meeting.
