Updates:
Sunnyside Lane: Scheff presented the updates on Sunnyside; Taylor to contact G. Georges concerning construction and Caplan to contact M. Moore to check out lot 43 septic system. Scheff to speak to T. Gumbart regarding the conservation trail and to locate the wetlands.At the request of the Selectmen the Walden property will be assessed. Taylor to contact Sarah Young about state monies available and which may be available. He will try to set up an information gathering meeting. It was also suggested that we contact Gene Clerkin from Bedford for assistance in identifying dollars. At this time we have funding for Lots 42 through CPA, Lot 41 is a possible swap with town owned Walden lot, and Lots 39 and 43 are unknowns.....worst case is $300,000 needed. Taylor suggested we approach the Sunnyside
Neighborhood for fundraising and design consensus.
Higgins to follow up on monies not spent from our housing maintenance fund; can it be earmarked for additional septic work or clean up and lot preparation?
New Planning Staff Position: Scheff requested that Higgins insure that coordinating Housing is part of the positions job responsibilities. She also requested clearer administrative assistance for the Commission.
