Greenridge condo buy-down: Scheff reported that she and Mark Whitehead met with Anne R., the consultant from the H.O.M.E. Consortium. The deed restriction must meet HUD requirements in addition to the State’s.
Minuteman Commons: Wolf is monitoring. See note of May 11, 2004.
Sunnyside Lane: The original quote for the septic system at 30 Sunnyside Lane will be honored and construction should begin soon. Scheff will contact B. Mostue, architect, about the plans.
New Business:
Accessory Apartment Taskforce will meet soon.
Senior Housing Task Force: Scheff will contact G. Taylor re this.
