Housing Commission Minutes
February 22, 2005
Present: Rayna Caplan, Avram Kalisky, BJ Scheff and Bryce Wolf.
Minutes: The minutes of February 8 were approved.
Sunnyside: Scheff reported that in discussion with Katharine Preston of the Lincoln Foundation an FAQ has been drafted for use in the fundraising effort. A copy was distributed for comment. The architect’s contract is still under negotiation, but hopefully will be resolved soon.
Wayland Nike site: There was a brief discussion of the 16-unit affordable condominium project proposed for part of the Wayland Nike site adjacent to Lincoln. Most of the land will be reserved for conservation and/or recreation. The planning committee work is underway. The condos would be supervised by the Wayland Housing Authority.
The meeting adjourned at 8:15 a.m.
