Old Business:
Sunnyside Accessory Apartment:
Georges gave the update from the ZBA meeting. We agreed to change the driveway configuration to the rear. Rappaport has revised the site plan and submitted it.The ZBA will issue the special permit with the revised site plan. There is a twenty day wait period after the ZBA signing.
CHAPA:
Discussion on CHAPA. The Commission will decided to rejoin and approved the bill.
Ridge Court condos: Scheff discussed the Ridge Court condos. One of the available unit is on the market at $299,000. Caplan to check out the unit.
Sunnyside New Construction: Scheff has questions regarding Sunnyside ie. can we break it out the bid on the modular units? This might allow us to pick out the units which best meet our requirements and budget and then look for a contractor to install them. Scheff will check with A. Shiepers.
