Old Business:
Sunnyside Accessory apartment:
Ø ZBA decision still unknown; Caplan spoke to Anna Hardman on June 13th "in the mail by the end of the week.
Ø Foundation design by Rappaport has been dropped off with E. Midgley
Ø Midgley has approved the foundation plans, now to get the bids
Sunnyside house:
Ø LexHab - Gallup spoke to Jeanne Krieger and Bill Kennedy and will follow up. Lincoln Foundation will look at it.
Ø Caplan to contact Paul George 978-944-5191 (cell) re: buttoning up a modular home..
Ø Scheff brought Midgley up-to-date on the Sunnyside properties
Tower Road
Ø Housing gave the OK to add a bathroom on the second floor of 65 Tower Rd. house.
New Business:
Scheff distributed draft copies of the DHCD requirements for accessory apartments under LIP. Gallup to review.
