Minutes:~ Approved June 27, 2006 minutes.~ No quorum for July 11, 2006
Old Business:~
Ø 65 Tower Road & 30 Sunnyside renovations: E. Midgley gave update on the bathrooms on 65 Tower Rd and 30 Sunnyside and the railing on 65 Tower and for the excavation for the foundation on Sunnyside.~
Ø Sunnyside modular: The Commission checked on the "out of the box quote" from Carl Carpenter of Millbrook Homes, Wayland.~ Ritz-Craft is the modular home manufacturer that Carpenter recommended.~
Ø Sunnyside accessory apartment: Scheff asked Rappaport if he needed additional support; he reported that Midgley is assisting him.~ The Minutemen students will start the job in September. We are on schedule however we are responsible to get someone to do the insulation, drywall, prime painting and the tile. Rappaport with stay in touch with Midgley.
