Old Business:~
Sunnyside Lane:
Ø Midgley showed photographs of the excavation for the accessory apartment on Sunnyside.~
Ø Whitehead questioned the Minuteman schedule; Scheff to check with Rappaport for the answers.~
Ø Midgley and Georges decided on using plaster instead of drywall for the hallways and living room also rugs in the bedrooms and sheet vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom.~
New Business:~
Ø Higgins talked about the financial arrangement; $86,000 spent to date and $691,500 appropriated.~ Further discussions regarding the budget and the timetable for Sunnyside.~
Ø Whitehead gave an update on Minuteman Commons.~ They will not be issued a certificate of occupancy until they have meet DHCD requirements for the six affordable units.~
Ø Regarding Deaconess, the additional cottage-style units on the "trio" property would bring the number of units up to 197.
Ø The commission voted to pay the water bill for 75 Tower Rd.~
The meeting was adjourned at 9AM.
