Minutes approved: July 25 and Aug 8
New Business:
· Commission agreed to have Midgley deal with the radon issue on Tower Road.
· Scheff and Gallup plan to attend the CHAPA Annual Meeting on October 24, 2006.
Old Business:
· Millbrook or any contractor must have Mass certification to build modular housing; the information package is available from Midgley.
· We need to get prequalification information from Scheipers;
· Scheff will set up meeting with T. Higgins
· Scheff to contact Carpenter on the following modifications to the current design
1. Use full size lower left window in front
2. Front elevation use detail corner molding and crown molding, or use wide corner board and wide board under eaves
3. Check on the vent on right; is it a ridge vent or dormer vent?
4. What about the crawl space? Who would be responsible?
5. Use shutters on all sides except the rear elevation.
