Updates:
· Sunnyside~
o Port-a-potty and job box on site.~
o Midgley met with Minuteman, spoke to supervisor, using two crews, all decisions up to Midgley.
o Minuteman will do the electrical work
o Minuteman will do the plumbing and heating. There will be hot water baseboard heat with two zones
o We will be responsible for the insulation and plaster.
· Tower Road
o A dumpster has been placed at 65 Tower Rd. and the new upstairs bathroom is being installed
o The shed dormer is up, windows in, electrical and plumbing ready and the laundry wall repaired.~
o Waltham Pest Control has cleared up the ant problem.
New business:~
· Caplan to contact Minuteman's landscaping department for the Sunnyside properties.~ Will they accept the challenge this Spring for a redo of landscaping at 30 Sunnyside and at the new building?
