Lincoln Housing Commission Minutes

RFP Update:~ The date to open the bid is October 12th at 2PM.~ Because of scheduling conflicts we will open on October 13th at 7:30AM.~ Scheff to notify Scheipers of the new date and time.
Sunnyside Update:~ According to Midgley all is ready to go, just waiting for the students and that should be this week.
65 Tower Road Update:~ The roof is complete, rough plumbing is done and just finishing up on the insulation.
75 Tower Road Update:~ Based on the town-wide inspection 75 Tower Road also needs a new roof.~ Midgley is gathering bids on this.
Further discussion on various affordable housing options around town and the impact of the housing "slump".
