Sunnyside Update:
· Lengthy discussion of the combined budgets of Lots 41 and 42. M. Whitehead spoke about the drawings necessary to submit to the Planning Board for the administrative change on the roof line. The scheduled meeting is November 1 at 7:30 with Georges and Caplan attending.
· Steps needed to award contract:
o Planning Board to approve administrative change
o Lincoln Foundation to transfer $60,000 to Town.
Scheff to speak to Georges regarding the handicap accessory apartment door size.
Caplan to check with LexHAB regarding the rental income on their properties. Alsoto contact Minuteman on the landscaping for both Sunnyside lots and Scheff to obtain the current Housing Guide.
