Updates:
Scheff discussed the DeFrancisco mortgage application and the DHCD comments
The lack of a housing component at the Mall was discussed fully.
Sunnyside Accessory Apartment:
Feedback from presentation to the Planning Board:
Perhaps attach more firmly to building by sliding down side of building,
simplify roof lines, balance windows, use casement windows to tie up roof line and windows
