Minutes: Tabled
Bills: $489.26 for nine carbon monoxide detectors for all three houses.
$247.50 for final repair on 75 Tower Road dryer. Renter responsible for future repairs.
$290 for spring clean up at 65 Tower Road.
Old Business: Re-certification of 30 Sunnyside Section 8 by the Concord Housing Authority.
New Business:
Whitehead joined the meeting to give Committee updates and check on Commission representatives to newly formed committees.

Sunnyside: Scheff to contact Rappaport for materials list and foundation specifications.
Minuteman Commons:
Whitehead reported that Minuteman Commons will not receive an occupancy permit until the plans for the affordable units are accepted by DHCD.
Scheff will contact Patrick Morganelli to attend a Housing Commission meeting.
Condo Buy Downs:
Scheff will contact G. Taylor regarding the process for possible Ridge Road buy downs.
