Sunnyside Construction Update
Electricity was installed on July 12 in #30.
Top soil has been delivered and will be hand raked today. The finish coat of black top will be put down immediately after. Hydro-seeding will occur at the end of the week.
The waste system at #30 has been hooked into the main house. The waste system at #26 has also been installed. Both are expected to be operational soon.
The clapboard for #26 which was installed on-site was installed improperly and must be reinstalled. On-site clapboard installation comprises two sections: one near the foundation, and the other where the lower and upper levels are joined.
Other than the clapboard, the punch list for #26 has only minor items on it.
The punch list for #30 has been completed.
