Housing Commission Minutes of November 6, 2007

No bills were presented for approval.
Sunnyside Three-Bedroom
The tenant in the one-bedroom unit has requested that she be allowed out of her lease early, due to health reasons.  Pam moved and Renel seconded releasing her as of December 31.  Rayna and Mary voted against; all others voted in favor.  The Motion passed.
Commission members will review the list to find other suitable tenants for the unit.
Adjournment: Housing Commission adjourned at 8:00 AM to join a joint meeting with members of the Affordable Housing Trust and the Lincoln Foundation, with the intent of reconvening after that meeting.

Community Preservation Committee
Rayna reported on the presentation to the CPC.  The CPC requested that we review both proposals.  Rayna moved and Pam seconded withdrawing the capital improvement proposal for 65 Tower Road, and to reduce the request for updating the Consolidated Housing Plan to $12,000.  Passed unanimously.
