Housing Commission Minutes of November 20, 2007

Business:
Sunnyside One-Bedroom
Pam gave an update on the one-bedroom tenant. Renel moved and BJ seconded modifying the lease to state that tenants will start their tenancy with a full tank of oil, and will need to leave the tank full when their tenancy terminates. Passed Unanimously.
Sunnyside Two-Bedroom
Rayna will research shower doors, and present quotes for parts and installation at a future meeting.
BJ moved and Pam seconded replacing the existing shower head for one that comes with an adjustable bar. This would no longer necessitate adding a second shower head. Passed Unanimously.
Sunnyside Three-Bedroom
The Commission is in receipt of all application material for the prospective tenants for the 3-bedroom unit at 26 Sunnyside Lane. The credit authorization has been submitted to the Georges Company for processing. Renel moved and Rayna seconded accepting the application, assuming a clean credit history. Any problems with the credit history would be discussed at our next meeting. Passed Unanimously.
The tenants also submitted a written request to have a cat. Renel moved and BJ seconded allowing the tenants to have a cat. Passed Unanimously.
BJ will submit the CORI application this afternoon, to expedite the process.
