Discussion:
Each organization presented a brief overview of issues facing them at present:
Gary Taylor, Housing Trust:
? The Trust would like to get all restrictions removed from the funds received from the CPC this year. Currently the funds can only be used for buy downs, at a maximum of $150,000 per unit.
? The Trust needs to bring a spending proposal to CPC for the next fiscal year
? The Hollingsworth property
? Ridge Road
? Group home – management must be by the organization, and state licensed
Kathy McHugh, Lincoln Foundation
? The Foundation is a complement and partner to the Town's efforts
? They are currently focusing on keeping their existing units
� Who gets buy-up funds on MMC if they become market?
� Need to review the deed restrictions
? Preserve the units we have
? Support the Town
