Discussion:
TILL Follow-Up questions
Dafna Krouk-Gordon had responded to the follow-up questions.  Her responses were distributed to Troika members.
Bob Wadsworth reported that he had found an audit report on TILL from Joe DeNucci, State Auditor from 2002.  The audit indicated that TILL had not properly reported their income and expenditures over a period of several years.  It was also noted that the State was continuing to do business with TILL, so the problem had undoubtedly been cleared up.  Bob expressed the opinion that this appeared to be a relatively routine accounting mix-up, rather than any sort of fraudulent behavior on the part of TILL.
He also noted that TILL New Hampshire is a Subchapter S for-profit, whereas the Massachusetts Corporation is a non-profit.
Selectmen's Presentation
Gary had not yet scheduled us to present to the Selectmen, but agreed to schedule this at one of the next two meetings.
CMARC
Dan Harrison of CMARC made a presentation about his organization.  This was followed by an extensive question and answer period.  The presentation was very professional and informative.  CMARC usually owns the property where their group homes are placed, although the home in Lexington is a rental.    CMARC may have a short-term need for a home; four men need to be transferred to a new home by July 1.  They have never considered Lincoln for this or any group homes, but were encouraged to do so.
Discussion following the presentation, after Dan Harrison had left, was very favorable.  It was suggested that we may wish to consider two group homes in Lincoln, taking advantage of both agencies with whom we have been meeting.  CMARC had a possibility of a home for July 1, which makes them very attractive.

Adjournment: Adjourned at 10:00 AM.
