Meeting Minutes of June 23, 2009 at 4:30 pm
Lincoln Town Hall, Donaldson Room
Present: Renel Fredriksen, Pam Gallup, Phyllis Mutschler, and Connie Lewis
Actions and Discussion:
1) Minutes of June 9, 2009: Phyllis Mutschler moved and Pam Gallup seconded to approve the minutes
of June 9th. The motion was approved unanimously.
2) Connie Lewis gave an update of the small houses study group.
3) Renel Fredriksen announced that the Board of Selectmen had reappointed George Georges to a five-year term on the Housing Commission.
4) Pam Gallup gave an update about the policies and procedures manual. The state has approved the draft, and the Commission should have a final draft from Anne Dooley soon.
5) Brainstorming about how to provide more affordable housing units led to decision to call a Troika meeting in July.
6) The Commission decided to have only one meeting in July to discuss the RFP for a management contract and the final draft of the policy and procedures manual. This meeting will take place on July 21st at 4:30 p.m.
7) Connie Lewis moved that the meeting adjourn at 5:40 p.m. Pam Gallup seconded. The motion was approved unanimously.
