LEPC MEETING MINUTES
September 30, 2003
CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 10:30AM

NEW BUSINESS:
Members were received a briefing about several recent activities that the Fire, Police, and Emergency Management personnel participated in:
8/21 MDU Drill Concord
8/28 Regional LEPC
9/5 MassPort Table Top Exercises
9/23 Communications Interoperability Meeting with EOPS
9/29 DPH / EOPS Needs Assessment Survey Meeting
5 Part needs assessment surveys were discussed. Sections will need to be completed by Police, Fire, EMS, Public Health and Town Administration
Regional Table Top Exercise will be held on 11/13/2003
Sheriff DiPaola was in attendance and demonstrated his agencies Community Command Center. Police, Fire and LEPC personnel were able to view the Command Center and were instructed in its use and operations.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
The following goals and objectives were established;
Quarterly meetings with a quorum of 50%
Meeting minutes to be made available to the public
Planning for an annual table top disaster exercise
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 11:00am
