9:00PM EXECUTIVE SESSION: Discussion of Appeal of Denial: Kingsley Brooks, 39 North Great Road, Map 12/Lot 11
Joel Bard of Kopelman and Paige, P.C. attended.
A Notice of Appeal and Complaint was received by the Town Clerk on October 31. The plaintiffs are named as Leslie and Kingsley Brooks and Global Country of World Peace, and the defendants as Planning Board of Lincoln and Town of Lincoln. The Board discussed its response with Town Counsel.
A MOTION was proposed and seconded to close the meeting.
