The Board signed the decision approving a revised site plan for a house.
Discussion of Proposed Zoning Bylaw Changes:
Preliminary meetings
The Board discussed a revised wording for the first paragraph of Section 17.7.3, drafted by Mr. Domnitz. The Board considered the triggers to be used for mandatory preliminary meetings. It proposed the following further revisions:
· Omit “Preliminary Meeting” from the title
· Delete the word “development” from the first sentence (as proposed) but otherwise leave the sentence as previously worded
· Delete “Such an agreement shall be documented in writing.”
· Change “agreed upon” to “established”
· Insert “otherwise” before “provided” in the final sentence
· Move the final sentence to the beginning of the next paragraph
· Change the order of the sentences in the first paragraph so that the list of triggers for mandatory preliminary meetings comes last.
A MOTION was proposed by Mrs. Wolf and seconded by Mr. Flint, to approve the final wording of the proposed changes to Section 17.7.3 for the warrant for Town Meeting. Passed 4-0
Signs
The Board reviewed the previously proposed wording for changes to Section 16.
A MOTION was proposed by Mrs. Wolf and seconded by Mr. Flint, to approve the proposed changes to Section 16 for the warrant for Town Meeting. Passed 4-0
Town Planner’s Report
Mr. Whitehead reported that an application has been received for an addition to the Davoli residence.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:15pm.
