Lane through the Request for Bids (“RFB”) process, in accordance with Massachusetts General
Laws Chapter 30B and Article 8 of the Annual Town Meeting on March 24, 2007, recorded with
Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds in Book 49672, Page 477. The Property is
designated as Lot 6 on a plan entitled “Subdivision of land in Lincoln, Mass. owned by: Olga
Pertzoff” dated may 6, 1958 made by MacCarthy Engineering Service, Inc. and recorded with
said Deeds as Plan No. 1643 of 1958 (Exhibit C of Conservation and Preservation Restriction
and Trail Easement). The Property is also shown as Parcel 5 on the Town Assessors' Map 120
and comprises approximately 5.76 acres of land, more or less. The Property was conveyed to the
Town by Fiduciary Deed dated May 8, 2007 and recorded with said Deeds in Book 49616, Page
418. The Property currently is the site of a single family dwelling which was constructed in
_1963. The Property is located in the R-1 Single Family Residential zoning district.
