Mr. Taylor made a Motion, Ms. Mattes seconded to go into Executive Session, pursuant to MGL, c. 39, s. 23B Re: Real Estate, not to return to Regular Session. A roll call vote was taken:
Mattes- aye; Taylor- aye. The Motion passed unanimously.
The Board discussed prior meetings with the owners of 160 Lincoln Road and the RLF. Two concepts have surfaced regarding the use of the property. One would be completely residential, the second would be a mixed use. Discussion followed on the base value of the land. The owners have submitted a cost analysis for re-development. However, members of the Board believe that the analysis is flawed, and needs to be re-examined. Septic issues still need to be explored. The Board also requested information regarding the price of the property, current assessment and tax costs. The Board briefly discussed the MBTA signal and the parking spaces set aside for use by the MBTA that is in the deed for the property. The Board would like to check with DHCD regarding using 40B
in a mixed use scenario.
The Board will meet again on this matter on Wednesday June 7 from 8 AM to 9 AM.
A MOTION was made and seconded to adjourn. A roll call vote was taken:
Mattes- aye; Taylor- aye. The motion passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 10 PM.
